In terms of process, once we've received your email, one of our designers will contact you to further explore and understand your concept. Then we'll email you a budget and timeline to design, create, and deliver your custom design. As soon as you've approved the budget and timeline we'll get to work on a proof that will showcase the detail of the design. Using this proof as reference, you'll send us your feedback and/or approval. Once you've approved the design we will place your order into production.
All of our glass door designs are etched onto tempered glass. We only recommend tempered glass because it is typically 4-6x stronger than regular annealed glass & the best choice for doors that get a lot of use.
We are also now offering some textured glass options. We can temper most of them which is important when used in a door for maximum strength and safety.
Because our etching is protected, cleaning your glass will be no different than cleaning any other glass surface. Any glass cleaner can be used, however, wiping with a damp micro fibre cloth with a little warm soapy water & drying it with a clean dust free cloth is one of the easiest & most cost effective ways to keep your glass clean.
Secondly, aerosol alcohol based glass cleaners are our second choice for cleaning products.

Lifestyle Door Glass (a brand owned and operated by MPD Glass), warrants that each glass design bearing the brand mark of Lifestyle Door Glass or MPD Glass at the time of shipment is of good material and workmanship and free from defects that would render the glass design unfit for the recommended us. The Lifestyle Door Glass limited warranty applies to all new glass door designs other than those sold “as is”
